
Nneoma Ihechi Obiagwu
Nneoma Ihechi Obiagwu holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree
from the University of Ibadan in 1994. She attended the
Nigerian Law School in 1994-1995 and called to the
Nigerian Bar in 1995. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in
Maritime Law (PGDML) from the Lagos State University in
1999 and was junior counsel in the firms of Pinnehro &
Oguntade, Lagos (1995-1996). Her special areas of
practice are Maritime Law, Banking and Commercial Law,
Property and Investments Law, Telecoms, Aviation, Oil
and Gas Law.
She has served as an adviser to Ever Oil & Gas Limited many upstream operators on the
position of the Petroleum Equalization Act 1975 regarding the PPPRA pricing template
and bridging allowances remitted to the Federal Government. Her immeasurable
experience, patience, and resilience have greatly contributed to the sound structure
on which the firm's core values commercial practices have been established.
