CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL LAW

MARITIME AND AVIATION LAW

Dispute Settlement
Our Litigation team also run pro bono services, delivering over 220 free legal
hours annually since 2005 to indigent defendants, death row prisoners and
victims of gender-based violence across Nigeria.
We have been involved in different matters across various courts and tribunals
in Nigeria. We also undertake applications for judicial review, administrative
redress, tax review tribunals, enforcement of corporate governance codes,
and non-litigation legal remedies.
